Overview
The Estates at Hillside Gardens is a 127 unit affordable senior housing project located in Auburn, WA. The project was financed with 4% Low Income Housing Tax Credits and Tax-Exempt Bonds. The unit mix includes studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units. Units include quartz countertops, allergen-free vinyl plank flooring, washers/dryers, private decks and 9’ ceiling’s. Community features include a fitness room, community room, theater room, library, residential storage, expansive courtyard that includes dog park, raised landscape bedding (for gardening) and a horseshoe pit.
