Overview
The Rainier Vista Senior Apartments were constructed to address the growing need for senior housing in South East King County. Taking into account the wide spread of household incomes in the area, the sponsor’s utilized 9 percent tax credits for 50 of the units and offered an additional 24 units at market. The Rainier Vista Apartments have created a strong community of senior residents who enjoy the large activity center, landscaped courtyard and community gardens. Rainier Vista is a 75-unit complex.
